Lagos State Seems Committed to Self Destruction, Even Yorubas Are Not Spared…..by Bishop Clement Udegbe

@ Precious Enyi Tv. Land Owners in Oworonshoki protesting the demolition of their property after they rebuilt these houses as demanded by Government. It’s all about Land grabbing,senseless greed and impunity. Lack of Respect for Law of the Land by State Actors. I will refer to this clip towards the end of this piece. Read on.

There is an Igbo proverb that says ” Eburu ozu onye ozor, odika ebu Ukwu- Nku” meaning when another person’s coffin is being carried, it will appear to others like a it is a bundle of fire wood that is carried.

When the tiger enters the village to hunt humans, the fool forgets that he could be the victim some day. Ever since the Chief Tinubu was the Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007, he had slowly but surely targeted Igbo businesses in Lagos for punishment even when there was no need for such an action. He would close Ladipo Spare Parts market, Mile 2 Vehicles Market and Parts of Alaba International Market as he pleased, while other tribes would look on as if Igbos had any perculier sin, that Lagos State Government hated.Some would say Igbos deserved what they got. Yet the relationship between Igbos and Lagos Yorubas continued to deteriorate.

When Chief Fashola took over, he took the hatred, higher when he deported Igbos in 2013 to Anambra State. At first he said they were clearing destitutes from Lagos, but following out cry from Igbos, he apologized for the action.However, the heat against Igbos continued. All other tribes, Edos, Hausas, and Fulanis felt sacred and untouchable. One Governor who treated Igbos well and with a lot of respect like he treated other tribes remains Governor Ambode from Ikorodu. He was removed by Tinubu and it was for voting and preferring him that Oba of Lagos issued his unholy curse against Igbos to either vote his candidate or jump into the Lagoon. The Respected Oba also apologized while the heat against Igbos continued till Chief Tinubu became President in 2023,and all decorum was getisoned and hell was unleashed against Igbos in Lagos till date. Bayo Onanuga made very hateful public pronouncements against Igbos, and as we expected, Governor Sanwo-Olu dug-in to seizing and converting Igbo properties and Investments in Lagos. Meanwhile, All other tribes looked away until last year.

Below is a video clip, courtesy Just Ozed, on the destruction of Alaba Rago Market where Fulanis and Other Northern Muslim tribes did their businesses. The festering evil has hit Muslim North in Lagos!

@ Just Ozed. First time Muslim Notherners in Lagos became victims of Lagos State victimization,and land grabbing frenzy.

Governor Sanwo-Olu had ordered the destruction of the Furniture Section of Alaba International Market without due notice before he remembered Alaba Rago. All these years, other tribes felt unconcerned when Igbos were victimized continously since 2003.

The wicked and devilish, politically motivated destruction of Igbo Investments had continued and I thought, or presumed perhaps, along with other non-Lagosian Yorubas, that no one will touch Yorubas, since Lagos was their own. The Sins of The Tinubu Gang of politicians continued from the End Sars massacre which completely alienated Nigerian Youths from Lagos State. Ever since that debacle, Nigerian Youths have been calling for change as captured by this young Igbo Man in the short but very moving song titled Revolution in the clip below:

@Mr Bobzy.

As I showed earlier, in the first video clip, just this week, Lagos State attacked Oworonshoki and demolished property of Lagosians worth Billions of Naira, rendered millions homeless in these hard times, in the mid night without due notices! It is now clear that the Demon that saw Ndigbo in Lagos and blocked the road, had faced Notherners and Lagos City Yorubas. Lagosians think that Tinubus tenure is their opportunity to displace, intimidate, overwhelm and capture other persons property and investments in Lagos. They do not hide but have shown their desperation, and Foolishness, from their Pastors to Native Doctors and even Kings. Something tells me, that Lagos State knows something which other ethnicities in Lagos do not know, since Tinubu became President. From his “Emilokon” campaign promise, It could be guessed that all these are in preparation for the break up of Nigeria should Tinubu loose the election in 2027. I may be wrong,and will love to be given a more cogent reason for this craze by Sanwo-Olu in Lagos.

Personally, there is nothing Lagosians of the Tinubu political tribe will do, that will come as a surprise to me…. Nothing! Since Fasholas desecration of the bond and trust Igbos had in Lagos State, I started gradual relocation from Lagos. I so loved Lagos that my pain was so deep and to give me peace, I opted to go back to Igboland land and help develop our land as Governor Fashola challenged Igbos at that time. I have said it severally that Lagos will one day ask Igbos officially to vacate their state. It is my deeply considered opinion, that any Igbo Man who is Not providing for relocation must be ready to fight back with every venom in him. I even think that Lagos as we see it today could be the target of complete desolation should they push Nigeria into a civil war. These Lagosians think they have the prerogative to violence and destruction. It is out of Crass ignorance of the history of intimidation, destruction and the backlash in this world.

A peep into the revenge by African Slaves in America in the early 17th and 18th centuries proove beyond every reasonable doubts that whenever a Previledged Class of persons assume the position of God over their victims, they invite or elicit a more dastardly violence in revenge or retaliation. I urge us all to patiently listen to the video clip below, to learn how One Woman acting alone, devastated 14 Rich Slave Masters.

@Liturgy of fear. A slave woman’s revenge on her Masters.

If only one woman acting alone when there was no drones, no hand phones, no internet and social media, effected this type of revenge on 14 Very Rich Slave Masters, Our Maximum Rulers of today in Nigeria, should do a re-think and reconsideration of their actions. The revenge and backlash is unimaginably dangerous in this global village we call our world. With Drones that can destroy, AI humanoids that can effectively execute in a war and all sorts of destructive actions on sale for the asking, our leaders need to careful in their actions on their victims, from Sokoto to Umuahia,and from Maiduguri to Port Harcourt.

If Lagosians, and Nigerians do not want Igbos as it seems obvious to me, they must get the wisdom to let Igbos go without a War! The chase against Igbo agitators for referendum Must be suspended and an agreement reached with these Leaders of Igbo Youths now before the 2027 Elections. Any Leaders who think that there will be elections in Igboland in 2027, without dealing with and removing insecurity permanently should stop that dream and wake up! A stitch in time, saves nine. I have spoken.
