@NAIJA UPDATE 246. WHY IS BAYO ONANUGA SO HATEFUL OF IGBOS?

From the kick-off of the 2023 campaigns I have followed Bayo Onanuga. I believe that he earned his political appointment based on the foundation of display of mobid feelings towards Igbos. At that time hatred and fear of Igbos was the dance of APC leadership, from the President, Vice President, First Lady, Remy Tinubu, The yoruba prophets and pastors. In spite of all that Negative,hateful behaviors, it has been confirmed by El-Rufai, and many others that Peter Obi won the elections in Lagos and Abuja, and that Prof. Mahmud, the INEC Chairman at the time simply delivered the arrangement with late President Buhari, to install Tinubu and Shettima, The increasingly notorious Muslim- Ticket.

It was a bold step to test the resolve of Nigerians to sustain democracy. Nigerians failed because the only tribe that could sustain the fight for democracy with a consequence should the government refuse to listen is the Igbo tribe, victimized by the Muslim-Muslim Alliance aimed at full Islamization of Nigeria. The unfair use of military power, to negotiate and implement operation safe corridor in the North, while peaceful Igboland was fully militarized with Asari-Dokubo hired to kill Igbo Youths, harvest their organs for sale, and indeed sold many thousands as slaves. Asari-Dokubo said these himself in videos that went Viral.

The Chief of Army Staff said Terrorists were their prodigal sons to be forgiven,while unarmed youths of Igboland are harassed, intimidated, and oppressed. Same Army, friendly and merciful towards Terrorists and different rules of engagement to kill mercilessly for Igbos!

The real concern here,it that Peter Obis convoy with othe opposition members were ambushed in Edo State and attacked, shot at and till date no investigation, no consequences from the Tinubu Government. What This federal government has missed are:

1. They Stepped out on a wrong footing with the removal of subsidy and if the suffering of Nigerians continue, the common man may resort to violence than let them win come 2027.
2. Using the Court to intimidate,harras and silence Nigerians will make Judges vulnerable beyond 2027. Justice is for sale in Nigeria. Tell me why should Nnamdi Kanu be imprisoned for life,while terrorists are being pardoned? Kanu has renounced sit-at-home in writing but was tried and convicted under a Non- Existent Law! It is clear to me that President Tinubu has no respect, no regard, and no recognition of Igbos as a necessary functional Region of Nigeria. If the game is to use the release of Nnamdi Kanu for chess game of 2027, I can assure APC, that they waited for too long! The opinion of the Igbo Youths is molded. Tinubu hates us..Period.
3. President Tinubu is focusing all Seaports, Airports and Trains on all other parts of Nigeria, while neglecting the Igboland completely. A Seaports in Igboland would have been a great lending of helping hand to Igbos by supporting Abia State Governor Otti. Instead Elements are being spurred to challenge a Governor who has outperformed his counterparts across Nigeria. Its totally and shamelessly wrong!
4. I expected that a more humane, and fair application of federal resources to develop the Igboland would have been better than than the present. ” You Can do Nothing” attitude and body language of the Tinubu’s Presidency..
5. Tinubu must not forget that madness is not the sole prerogative or preserve of one man. Suppose the opposition decide to spring some surprise and attack APC supporting politicians, will anarchy not ensue? Care must be taken while power intoxicates those in power.

Finally, I want APC to think deeply and be very careful in their Zeal to stay in Power. Mr. Bayo Onanuga must learn from those who helped Buhari to insult Igbos.. They paid dearly for their actions when they left office. Igbos cannot forget, and to forgive is not our tradition. We pray and leave Bayo Onanuga to God of Vengeance.

For Peter Obi, time is still on your side, its very likely that you may not win in 2027,except your Obidients are ready to break the place if you are rigged out.. I am certain, that will not happen.

Take your time now and create a new party or go back to your roots, work with APGA to make it A Party for whole South East and Extended States. Invest all human capital to corner 60 percent of Rivers and Delta. Go back to your roots, retrace your steps. Mend fences, build new bridges and negotiate power from your strong base. You will surely return as President. But you must help galvanize the Igbo Party. The mudslings at you, by Yoruba and their Fulani Husband is not worth it,at all! Yorubas are mostly Muslims, they are happy with Fulanis to oppress Igbo People. They have thrived so far through subversion of Igbo Agenda. Leave them alone!
