This clip is for the purpose of analysis of the Case Against Simon Ekpa in Finland.

HELSINKI, FINLAND: Finland’s Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja waits to enter the court room as the so called Iraq leak scandal trial continues in Helsinki 05 March 2004.

Yes, Finland fought for its independence from Russia, and this struggle culminated in a bloody civil war in 1918. Finland declared its independence on December 6, 1917, after the Russian Revolutions. However, the declaration was met with resistance, leading to a civil war between the White Guard (supported by the Finnish government and Germany) and the Red Guard (supported by the Bolsheviks). Biafra was declared on the 30th May 1966 after a genocide and Pogrom against Igbos in Nothern Nigeria. This Pogrom in which over 5000 Igbos were killed including the beheading of an Igbo Man in Kaduna, whose headless body despatched in a train to South East Nigeria. Igbos ran from all parts of Nigeria back home later in 1966. The Northerners believed a lie that was told by Nothern Nigeria Muslims, blaming Igbo Army Officers for a major Military Coup de tar of January 15-1966 in which their religio-polical leader, the Sadauna of Kaduna, Alhaji Ahmadu Bello was killed, simply because the Coupists announced the Most Senior Military Officer, following Army Rules as the New Head of New Military Junta. This man was Major General Ajuiyi Ironsi. The Northern Officer staged a Counter- Coup, during which they targeted and killed over 50 high ranking Igbo Officers including General Ironsi, the New Head of State.Major Yakubu Gowon emerged as the New Head who prosecuted a genocidal war against Biafra from 1966-1970. Igbos lost that war because Nigeria had the International Western allies financial and military support.

Iam giving these details to avert the mind of Finish leaders and people, that whereas Germany helped Finland in their fight for independence Biafra had no international ally in their war against Nigeria. Today Finland seem to have forgotten that their leaders who fought Russia for their independence were called terrorists, although there were freedom fighters.

Jomo Kenyatta of Kenya was labelled a terrorist by Great Britain, for fighting for the freedom of Kenya. Nelson Mandela was called a terrorist by apartheid South Africa, for being a freedom fighter. Nnamdi Kanu and Simon Ekpa are being tried by Courts in Nigeria and Finland simultaneously as terrorists while in actual fact both of them are freedom fighters for Biafra. The difference is that the Nigerian Muslim-Muslim Federal Government is specifically committed to distorting every fact to Stop Biafra based on their religious biases and that the Finnish President has been established to maintain close ties with Nigerian Vice President whose relationship with terrorism is questionable and ambivalent.Nigeria is the Only Country known to modern democracy that recruits “Repentant Terrorists ” into their military force. To repent all the terrorist has to do,is hold the Quran in a hand and declare ” I have repented” ! Nigeria allows muslim terrorists to repent inspite of their criminal killings while hunting down freedom fighters in the South East of Nigeria. The immediate past President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari declared in 2014, that ” Any fight against terrorists in the North of Nigeria is a fight against all Northern Muslims.” Buhari became President 2015, terrorism spiked very high. Tinubu, the present President is continuing with Buharis religious programs pursuing all Biafrans in Nigeria. These are perilous times indeed.

Finland seem to have forgotten their own experience of freedom fighting. She is now teaming up with Nigeria to oppress and suppress, the freedom fighters of Biafra. Terrorism is a strict liability crime in Finland, placing the onus on the Prosecution to Prove their case against Simon Ekpa, beyond any reasonable doubt to hold sway. This will be a rather tall order to this prosecution judging from the developments at the trial court recently .
